Booking Process

The booking process is as follows. If you landed on this page it means you were sent the link by the Bryce Properties office.

If you landed here by mistake, do not complete the form.

Complete the form, and send
Our office team will check the details and any issues raised
If the application is successful, then we request the holding payment
The tenancy agreement is sent digitally for signing via Adobe Sign
The tenancy is checked and guarantor forms sent
Right to Rent checks carried out (www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-rent – new tab)
The completed paperwork is sent to you

Application Form Guidance

Ideally, all the proposed tenants need to complete the form together, so gather everyone around.

Time to complete: up to 3 minutes for each tenant

Firstly, please let us know how you heard about us. Did you do a Google search? Or perhaps you heard from a friend?

Secondly, you will need to complete the details for each applicant. The sections are titled ‘Tenant 1 details‘, and so on.

In these sections we need to know which room number (if applicable) each tenant is likely to be moving into, their graduation year and student number (if known).

A guarantor is required for each tenant and is someone who agrees to pay your rent if you don’t pay it, and pays for damages if you don’t pay, for example a parent or close relative.

Once everyone has filled in all their details, you can click the Send button.

We will receive an email with all your details.
