Bryce properties are a great estate agency. They are quick to response to emails and texts, with informative and useful responses.
If there was a problem they would send help over as soon as possible. Overall the staff came across very friendly and welcoming. I had no complaints with my 3 years dealing with Bryce.

Maintenance are friendly and very prompt to help, and everyone working at Bryce are equally helpful and nice.
The apartments are clean and homely in layout, as well as there being no issues with plumbing or internet ETC.
No problems at all with noise, pests or anything. I 100% recommend choosing Bryce properties as your student accommodation because other places are pretty much incomparable.

5 Year Stay With Bryce!
When me and my boyfriend moved to Plymouth it was a last minute decision and as we lived more than 4 hours away it made looking for somewhere to live rather difficult. As soon as we found Bryce Properties we were instantly put at ease, we had a video tour of the property and they answered all of our questions.
We signed the contract before we had even seen the property in person we were that comfortable.
On moving in we instantly fell in love with the place and ended up staying for 5 years!!
During our time with Bryce properties the team were so helpful and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Every year they checked to see if anything needed updating and worked with us to find the best time to do any refurbishment.
We only moved out because we left Plymouth… if only we could have taken the property and incredibly helpful and friendly Bryce team with us!

Very Helpful And Flexible

Bryce Properties have been a massive part of making Plymouth my home since moving here 5 years ago. As a family-led company, they hold true values of making a house a home.
I spent 3 consecutive years at one of their properties, 10 Chester Place, which provided me with a perfect environment to make so many memories to look back on. This is in a perfect location to get to all the hot spots in Plymouth with multiple perks, such as more privacy, parking, and a bath (it’s the little things)!
Their properties are more than suitably furnished to all the needs of a student and beyond.
As tenants, they gone beyond what’s expected of a tenant and have a very lovely team of staff to promptly address any issues that arise at any time of the day. If we asked for something, we’d get it! If we needed to move in early or need help moving, they’d provide the van! They have gone beyond what’s expected of a normal housing and accommodation company by valuing students and supporting the university community.
They have sponsored myself to play rugby at my local club for the past few years, as well as supporting the university’s women’s rugby team, and many more clubs and societies, through local sponsorships.
I would highly recommend them as tenants and am forever grateful for the time and effort they spent making myself, and my housemates, feel at home. Thank you.

I have been with Bryce for two years now, and they have been so approachable and helpful with sorting my housing.
Before moving in, both the houses I have lived in were clean and well kept. Whenever anything is in need of fixing, we can directly communicate with the maintenance team, so things are sorted efficiently.
All the team in the office at Bryce are really nice and responsive to any queries you have.
If there any issues with paying the rent, they are always understanding.
It has been a great experience renting with them, I would recommend them to any Plymouth student looking for a letting company.

Life Is So Much Easier!
I’ve only been with Bryce this past year and they have been a fantastic letting agent this year. They were really helpful when it came to viewings and worked with us to find somewhere we liked and that had enough parking.
They’ve always been really communicative with us and were really flexible, especially when it came for some of our house to move from their last Bryce property to our current one.
When I first arrived and was worried about a loose shelf but Paul (who is a very reliable and flexible handyman) came around to fix it in a day.
Also, when we said we were struggling with how many bikes were kept in the downstairs area they worked with us to install bike racks, which has made life so much easier for us and the other flats.
This property is nicely set up with plenty of storage and nice kitchen space. Overall a really lovey team and a great year letting with them.
