Bryce Properties is the trading name of Savvy Students Ltd.
The team have built a close working relationship with both the University of Plymouth Student Union and Plymouth Marjon University Student Union, and over our more than 20 years of offering quality student accommodation in the Plymouth area, have probably now the best student portfolio in Plymouth.
We also sponsor and support many sports and societies at the universities, including the rugby, hockey, lacrosse, swimming, rowing, dance, tennis, American football, basketball, and water polo.

For 26 years we have been known for providing high-quality comfortable living spaces in a range of properties from 1-bedroom apartments and studios, to 10-bedroom houses designed specifically for the unique requirements of university students. Furthermore, our team is renowned for being very dedicated to all our tenant’s needs.
We aim to provide our tenants with a high-quality service and offer a 24-hour maintenance service for emergencies. Our team always aims to address any maintenance issues as soon as possible once they have been reported to us.
