From the office staff to the maintenance team, they have been amazing. Quick to respond, and sort anything out, great communication and most importantly, fantastic accommodation. Ben Quance24 July 2025I stayed with Bryce properties in my second year, and out of all three years of being at university, Bryce Properties gave me and my housemates the best living conditions. Within the first couple of weeks living in the accommodation, one of my housemates reported to the company that he had a bad mattress, the next day a new one was delivered and fitted in his room for him. There were a few parts of the house that needed maintaining due to natural wear and tear. However, this would occur in any house, and as soon as we had reported it, Bryce Properties had fixed it. At the end of the year, we had left a few love marks on the house, for instance, one of my house mates put a hole in his desk, but the price charged at the end of the year was completely reasonable, and fair. The house was also deep cleaned ready for the next tenant. Would recommend Bryce Properties.Posted on Google

UPRFC Gmail5 February 2024Bryce properties are the most wonderful student letting agents we have come across. They are the total opposite of the industry standard of greedy, grumpy and useless and take real pride in what they do, from their customers to their sponsors. Kje Kje31 January 2024I stayed in a Bryce Properties flat last year, and I don't recall having a bad experience with them! Throughout the year they would provide updates and check-ins to ensure that students were getting on ok, and the maintenance was pretty quick for solving the unfortunate but inevitable problems. The flat we were in provided us with ample storage space, and the study room was a huge bonus to differentiate between work and play. Lastly, the staff are friendly, approachable, and are happy to answer any queries you might have. Would definitely recommend, sad I couldn't stay for another year there! ^^+2Posted on Google
Mary Rance31 January 2024When me and my boyfriend moved to Plymouth it was a last minute decision and as we lived more than 4 hours away it made looking for somewhere to live rather difficult. As soon as we found Bryce Properties we were instantly put at ease, we had a video tour of the property and they answered all of our questions. We signed the contract before we had even seen the property in person we were that comfortable. On moving in we instantly fell in love with the place and ended up staying for 5 years!! During our time with Bryce properties the team were so helpful and quick to respond to any concerns we had. Every year they checked to see if anything needed updating and worked with us to find the best time to do any refurbishment. We only moved out because we left Plymouth... if only we could have taken the property and incredibly helpful and friendly Bryce team with us! Highly recommend and thank you Bryce team for looking after us so well and providing a great place for us to call home in Plymouth.Posted on Google
