We have plenty of 1- and 2-bedroom properties to choose from, perfect for individuals seeking their own space or perhaps two people sharing.
Going larger, you can choose from our great range of 3- to 10-bedroom properties to share with friends.

This is a very useful feature since you can discuss with friends, take time to consider, even look at other landlords and agents! But in the end, you can come back here and check out the properties you have saved.
We have a number of one bedroom student flats to suit the individual or couple. Then there are two bedroom student flats which will suit those needing somewhere larger such as two friends sharing. Thereafter, you can choose from three bedroom student apartments, four bedroom student flats and maisonettes, five bedroom student properties, six bedroom student apartments, seven bedroom student apartments and houses, eight bedroom student houses, and even a ten bedroom student house very close the University of Plymouth.
Most recently we have built new student accommodation which surpasses most other student accommodation in Plymouth. Take a look at the properties in Sherwell House (just one of nine apartments) and also this six bed in Charanna House (one of six) and this five bed in Glass House (also one of six).

How Bryce Properties Uses Technology
How have we done this? You can now view student accommodation through a virtual tour or as we call them ‘walkthroughs‘, this has already proven to be a valuable asset when choosing a student home for you and your friends.
Our booking process has improved to such an extent that once you have chosen a student home, you can start the booking process via our website and then sign documentation digitally. All without having to visit us in our office. This has the added benefit of reducing printed paperwork.
Our maintenance team are set up digitally also, so now they get to see when you have made a maintenance request. Our office team also see these requests to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
Family-owned and Run
Bryce Properties is a family run business, and we own and manage all of our properties. Our office team has many years of experience in supporting your requirements and we have a full-time maintenance team available for your peace of mind.
All of our student accommodation is within a short distance to the University of Plymouth, Plymouth College of Art and some are ideally located for Plymouth Marjon University with close proximity to bus routes (see Plymouth Bus) and the main roads.
Many of our properties offer an ultra-all-inclusive rent so you never have to worry about bills. This includes Virgin Media Business broadband which is a much faster and a more reliable broadband service. We can also take care of utility bills such as gas, electric and water.
